Dieting. It's such a hard thing to do but when you need it, you just have to do it.
I've lost 10kg in about 2months and my weight still is high :(
I still need to lose 20-30 kg.
But each time I lose a couple kilograms, I always seem to get them back.
I've been cutting down on rice and eating ALOT of salad and fruits. Been running in the park and exercising at home too.
So I hope I can do this!
#2012wish : My weight can be 55kg! Even though my ideal weight is 65kg but it's okay to lose another 10kg. That's all I want :') fighting!!!
